John Ferber, Founder & CEO
In 1999 John co-founded Advertising.com, the world’s largest and most successful third party web network.  In 2004, the company was sold to AOL for 495 million US dollars.  Today, Advertising.com has a book value of approximately 10 billion US dollars and remains the largest single source for reach in the world.

 In 2000, John was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP.  That same year, he was named by Washington Techway as one of the region’s top executives under the age of 30 and one of IT Recruiter Magazine’s “Top Techies to Watch”. Under John’s direction as chief product officer, Advertising.com has received numerous technology awards, including “Best Optimization Technology” (2002) and “Best Advertising Network” (2004) as awarded by ClickZ.

Erik Simons, Chief Technical Officer and Inventor
Since 1995, Erik Simons has founded several successful Internet ventures that span the globe. With Companies based in the US, Canada, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, Mr. Simons' main focus is in creating efficient and highly scalable solutions which allow for an aggressive capture of online media market share. Mr. Simons has been a regular consultant on IT issues for the governments of several European Union countries.

     
Jason Boshoff  

Jason Boshoff, Co-Founder
Jason has over a decade of experience in new media development and advertising. He graduated in 1992 with a Business Degree from Technikon Natal in Durban, South Africa. His most recent work includes marketing, branding, product development, operational planning, business development and online positioning for large accounts including Amazon.com, JC Whitney.com, Wal-Mart.com, K-mart.com, Pep Boys.com, Sears, CSK Inc, and AutoZone.com.

     
 

Jon Alsop, Chief Marketing Officer
Jon has 15+ years of sales experience and over 10 years of media sales experience.  He graduated from Towson University with a degree in Mass Communications emphasizing Advertising and Marketing.  From 2000 to early 2008, Jon worked in various sales capacities for Advertising.com, most recently as a Vice President of Sales in the Midwest US.  Jon has helped build online strategies and campaigns for companies such as General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Target Stores, General Mills, H&R Block, Astra Zeneca, Daimler Chrysler, Proctor & Gamble and Snap-on Tools.

     
John DeMayo  

John DeMayo, VP Business Operations
John's most recent experience is as Founding Executive and Vice President of Client Delivery at Adchemy, a computational performance marketing company working in a number of internet advertising verticals.  He is also an investor, advisor, or consultant to a number of companies in the internet advertising space including Consorte Media, DoublePositive Marketing, Turn, Inc, Media6Degrees and others.  Previous to this, he held management level positions at Advertising.com including VP of Business Development, Senior Manager Delivery, and VP of New Product Development.

     
Jason Strauss  

Jason Strauss, Chief Revenue Officer
Jason is a 9 year Internet advertising veteran, having spent 7 years with Advertising.com most recently as a Sales Director. During his time there, Jason worked with clients including Pfizer, Audi, Yahoo, and Cendant.  Jason also managed many of the largest interactive agencies in New York including Beyond Interactive, MediaEdge, and Carat.  Before joining Ad.com, Jason helped develop the Direct-to-Consumer platform for WebMD.com and managed relationships at Abbott Labs, Pharmacia, and Schering-Plough.
