Online advertising spending is zooming despite the recession- and it looks like the sky is no limit. In just one quarter, the agency’s estimate for growth in Internet ad spending in 2009 raised over 1.5 percentage points to a whopping 10.1%. By the end of the year, the agency estimates that Internet advertising spending will reach a $56.8 billion, or 12.6% of the advertising economy the world over.
