John Ferber, CEO

John is a true visionary and pioneer of the digital world – from creating the first-ever online interactive game to co-founding and building Advertising.com, the world’s largest and most successful third-party online advertising network – known today as the cornerstone of AOL’s Platform A. In 2004, Advertising.com was sold to AOL for 495 million US dollars. Today, Advertising.com has a book value of approximately 10 billion US dollars and remains the largest single source for global online reach. John has been named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young LLP as well as a Washington Techway top executive under the age of 30 and one of IT Recruiter Magazine’s “Top Techies to Watch.” Under John’s direction as chief product officer, Advertising.com’s products and technologies set the trend for the industry, winning numerous awards such as ClickZ’s “Best Optimization Technology” (2002) and “Best Advertising Network” (2004) .

Erik Simons, CIO

Since 1995, Erik Simons has founded several successful Internet ventures that span the globe. With companies based in the US, Canada, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, Erik is focused on creating highly efficient and highly scalable solutions which allow for an aggressive capture of online media market share. Erik has been a regular consultant on IT issues for the governments of several European Union countries.

Jason Boshoff, COO

Jason has over a decade of experience in new media development and advertising. His most recent work includes marketing, branding, product development, operational planning, business development and online positioning for large accounts including Amazon.com, JC Whitney.com, Wal-Mart.com, K-mart.com, Pep Boys.com, Sears, CSK Inc, and AutoZone.com.

Jason Ellin, CFO

Jason has worked as a financial and investment advisor for the past three years assisting individuals and businesses. Previously, Jason worked for Advertising.com heading up the company’s Northeast operations. Jason began his career in finance at Bessemer Trust, a company engaged in wealth management.

Dan Morrison, VPO

Dan Morrison has over 6 years of structured and knowledgeable expertise including advanced PPC Management, consistent high rankings for clients in organic search, social media optimization, reputation management and video SEO. Currently, Dan Morrison is focused in strategically developing a competent and successful Search Engine Marketing Team for USO Networks that includes a Paid Search Marketing Department and a Search Engine Optimization Department.

Outside of developing the skill set of USO Networks SEM team, Dan Morrison is consistently involved with identifying technologies that are able to help maximize reporting/analytics channels for USO Networks clients. Constant testing of new technologies, Dan Morrison has been able to improve cross-channel marketing campaigns for clients that result in improved conversion rates, increased ROI and a drastic reduction in unnecessary costs.
Dan manages a growing team of 7 and manages several million dollars of spend.

Kristy Naddell, VPS

Kristy Naddell graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and began her professional career on Wall Street as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch’s Private Wealth Management division. Kristy then moved to South Florida in 2007 where she joined the team at Vandelay Industries as Business Development Manager for the company’s mobile marketing venture, Cellware. It wasn’t long before USO Networks was launched in May 2008, and Kristy was named Sales Director. Kristy’s passion and talent for customizing unique internet marketing goals and objectives based on the needs of each individual client has allowed Kristy to grow from Sales Director to Vice President of Sales in a years time.
